Bookkeeper - Part Time / Full Time
Saskatoon Auto Connection is currently looking for a bookkeeper to grow our accounting team. At least five years bookkeeping experience is necessary.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process into Dealership Management System • Producing various accounting reports for accounting purposes • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and for AP • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers compensation forms and other government documents • Monthly PST & GST returns • Monthly bank & balance sheet account reconciliations • Liaise with accountant to prepare yearly financial reports
Necessary skills & attributes:
• Completion of a recognized program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field • At least five years bookkeeping experience • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
